Businesses and organizations that have empty or available space can lease that space to the NMA to utilize as part of an NMA Tour. Stakeholders retain full ownership of the space, with the option to acquire the monument erected there at the end of the term. Leasing space to the NMA to enables stakeholders to turn what is otherwise empty space into areas of their business or site that creates revenue and cultivates community at no risk or cost.

For the duration of the NMA lease contract, items that are associated with the piece will be made available for purchase, examples of which are displayed here.
